Summers Martial Arts is a member school in the World Tang Soo Do Association, providing quality instruction in the Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do. Summers Martial Arts has two schools, one located in State College, PA and the other in Bellefonte, PA. Both schools operate out of the YMCA and scheduling and registration is done through the respective Y. If you are interested in signing up for our class, please contact either the State College YMCA or the Bellefonte YMCA for registration information. STUDIO NEWS
The fall session (can't believe that summer is almost over) will start on September 2nd, 2008 and run through October 19th, 2008. Youth classes will be on Monday and Thursday from 7:15 - 8:15pm. Adult classes will be on Monday and Thursday from 8:30 - 9:30pm. Member registration starts Friday, August 15th, 2008 Non-Member registration starts Tuesday, August 19th, 2008. Please sign up at the main desk before the start of the session on September 2nd to avoid a late registration fee.
The Western Tang Soo Do Championship will be held Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Bald Eagle Area High School in Wingate, Pa. Applications for participation must be received by WTSD HQ by Jan. 31, 2008. See your instructor if you need further information.

Excellent weapons class on Sunday. Master Summers really put us through our paces and I think we really got the hang of the new sword form.
