The 21st annual Central PA Gup Clinic will be held at the Moshannon Valley YMCA in Philipsburg on March 27, 2010 from 9-5:30. For more information and to download the registration form, go to http://www.rvtsda.com/Clinic.htm. The cost is $35 for the day.

High Rank Class will be starting on January 10th, 2010 and will be held on the 2nd Sunday of the month. This is open to all RED BELTS and above.
Classes will run from 12:00 (noon) till 2:30 pm and will be held at the Bellefonte YMCA Annex.

BLACK BELT TRAINING will be startng on January 3rd at 12:00 (noon) and run till 2:30pm. This class will run every week until testing in April.
